Les débats sur la performance globale, le développement durable ou encore la RSE se multiplient, suscitant l'intérêt de l'ensemble des corps sociaux quant aux impacts économiques, sociaux et environnementaux des activités des entreprises sur leurs différentes parties prenantes. L'objet de cette recherche est de développer un modèle expliquant la relation entre la RSE perçue par les salariés et la performance sociale à partir des attitudes des salariés. En se basant sur la théorie de l'identification organisationnelle et la théorie de l'échange social, nous proposons et testons un modèle présentant l'influence de la perception de la RSE sur les attitudes et les comportements des salariés au travail. Nous avançons que la RSE peut pousser les salariés à adopter des comportements citoyens. A ce titre, le modèle met en évidence les leviers pour déployer des mesures RSE favorisant les comportements responsables de la part des salariés.

This comprehensive review of public governance in Spain finds that it shares with other OECD countries the need for a whole-of-government approach to reform. This is especially needed given Spain’s high degree of decentralisation and institutional fragmentation throughout the public sector. The experience of OECD countries with administrative reform is that it is successful when it is not perceived as a one-off exercise, but rather as a process of continuous improvement to constantly identify waste, shortcomings, and opportunities to do things better.
